How Do I... Make An Appointment?

Appointments 01903 734999
Appointments with doctors and practice nurses may be made by telephoning or by calling at the surgery. Emergencies and acute illnesses will always be seen as soon as is possible. Appointments will not be made too far ahead in order to avoid clogging the system and causing delays.

How Do I... Obtain Telephone Advice?

If you only want quick advice on a health matter or medication, the most convenient time to contact the doctor or nurse is between 11.00am and 12 noon.

How Do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

Home visits are made by arrangement with your doctor. Please only request a home visit if the patient is genuinely unable to be brought to the surgery. Home visits are only made for medical reasons, not social reasons such as lack of transport.
Patients with temperatures and rashes may often be quite safely brought to the surgery, but please inform the receptionist on arrival.

Whenever possible, please make requests for home visits between 8.30 and 11.00am. Calls for visits after 12 noon will be dealt with by the duty doctor.

How Do I... Obtain Test Results?

If you wish to telephone the surgery to obtain the results of investigations from the doctor, please ring 717154 after 2.00pm when the telephones should be less busy.
